CODE OF CONDUCT

• All attendees must be at least 18 years old.
• We strive to be a supportive, inclusive space for all attendees. Please respect people’s pronouns and identities; if you are unsure of how to address someone, please ask them.
• Our staff reserves the right to ban any attendee, at any time and for any reason. Our priority is the safety of our attendees and their enjoyment of our event, and we will take whatever measures necessary to ensure safe practices are followed.
• Please note that any individuals with pending charges or convictions related to felonies, domestic violence, or sexual assault, or any individual registered as a sex offender will not be permitted to attend our events.

CONSENT

• All parties involved in a spanking or spanking scene must consent to all activities, whether the play takes place in a public or private setting.
• If you ask someone to play and they say anything other than “yes,” please do not continue to pressure them to do so. An unsure response such as “I don’t know” or “maybe later” should be understood as “no” unless the individual specifies otherwise.
• Please be considerate and proactive in obtaining consent when deviating from the standard over-the-knee, over clothes spanking on the bottom. Not every party attendee has the same comfort level, and this is especially true regarding public play with newer individuals or acquaintances.
We encourage you to ask before acts such as, but not limited to, taking someone’s bottoms or underwear down, touching someone’s clothes or person, or spanking anywhere other than the bottom.
• We recognize that it is important to many spanking enthusiasts to have an element of spontaneity to their scenes. This doesn’t, however, excuse any disregard of safe words when they are used. We honor the stoplight system: green✅okay to proceed, yellow⚠️pause and check in, and red🛑immediate stop. This applies in all situations and between all play partners even if other safe words have been established. Failure to heed any party’s established safe word, or “yellow” or “red” will be considered a consent violation.
  If an incident occurs, we ask that attendees bring the matter to our attention so we can listen to their first-hand account before determining the action to be taken.

PUBLIC SUITES

• Attendees are welcome to consensually engage in any activity within private rooms. However, because this is a spanking party, we ask that consensual public activities be confined to spanking and/or impact play and accompanying aspects such as roleplay, mouth soaping, or corner time.
• If you would like to participate in public scenes with more BDSM aspects (rope, bondage, etc.), please approach a party organizer to ask if a space can be set up for you. We will attempt to make an accommodation, but please keep in mind that our priority is to create an environment where attendees can engage in spanking related play.

PUBLIC HOTEL SPACES

• Our group may engage with hotel staff and/or be in the presence of vanilla guests during the party weekend, and we ask everyone to use their best judgment to act in an appropriate manner while in public hotel spaces.
• The spaces we share with hotel staff and vanilla guests are the: hotel lobby, restaurant on the main floor, lounge and pool area on the main floor, hallways and elevators and staircases, and any floor that is not the main event floor but where other registered party guests are rooming.
• If your room is not on the main party floor or if you are placed in a standard hotel room (when booking after the group’s hotel cutoff date), you assume the appropriate risk when engaging in spanking activity in a room that may be next to vanilla guests and are subject to any action the hotel may deem necessary to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. 

PRIVACY

• All attendees are provided with a name tag during registration, and we ask that you only refer to an attendee by their designated name on their name tag.
• If you learn of an attendee’s vanilla name or personal information, we ask that you keep that information private and do not share with anyone else unless you have explicit permission.
• There shall be no filming or taking photographs of any attendee without their express permission, during play or otherwise, including attendees in the background. Please be respectful of everyone’s privacy. If you wish to take a video or photograph, please either do so in your private room, or move to a smaller space, such as a suite bathroom or bedroom, and obtain consent from and inform all involved exactly what will be recorded or photographed.

• This is a drug and alcohol free event. At the discretion of the event staff, anyone observed in a party suite or open space on the party floor to be under the influence may be asked to retire to their room for the evening.
• Firearms and/or weapons of any kind are not permitted.
